How long does it take to develop an effective union organizer?
The Workers First organizing model is based on proven organizing best practices, active member participation and the practical application of up to date communications tools.
Developing effective organizers, skilled in each component of this organizing model requires more than just classroom presentations. The Workers First Organizer Coaching Program is a six-month combination of web-based training, over “Zoom,” and follow up coaching that assists local union and worker center organizers to develop and implement effective organizing skills.
The program includes:
- Best Organizing Practice “Zoom” Trainings
- Weekly “Zoom” Debrief Calls with Organizers
- Unlimited phone, text and email communication.
